The Legal Bit
Let's face it, there are rules and regulations that all operators now have to meet, whether you're a volunteer, you're employed or you're self-employed... Whether you're using forklift trucks or telehandlers in the workplace, you have to be able to prove that you've had the right training for the specific machine from a qualified person, in operations, safety and appropriate working conditions.
